DIGITAL VARILUX PHYSIO ENHANCED LENSES

The first progressive lens ever to incorporate W.A.V.E. and W.A.V.E. Technology 2 as used in Laser Surgery and Advanced Astronomy. With the W.A.V.E. Technology 2 applied onto the front and back surfaces of the lens, higher order aberrations are eliminated to provide a high resolution vision.
 
In dim lighting, it out-performs all other progressive lenses. Physio Enhanced combines biometric and behavioral measurements. There is a formula called the Modulation Transfer Function in which equals the amount of modulation contained in the image made by the lens divided by the amount of modulation in the actual object. It allows us to place a percentage value in "sharpness" and gauge its performance in low-light VS. bright-light conditions. Physio Enhanced retained 93% MTF (sharpness) in dim lighting while Zeiss Individual had 85%, Shamir Autograph 79%, Sola One 76%, and Hoya Lux ID 63%.
 
Physio Enhanced maximizes sharpness because it is designed to take into account people's individual pupil size. Pupil sizes vary between 2 millimeters to 8 millimeters. The factors that determine each person's pupil size as it fluctuates throughout our daily lives are: age, visual distance, prescription, and lighting conditions.
